Ultimate Invoice

Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These are the terms for using Ultimate Invoice, a product of Webfoot LLC. We've kept them in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we'll give you a straight answer.

The agreement

By creating an account you're agreeing to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for the company.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has them. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Give each person on your team their own login — they're free.

Your data is yours

The invoices, customers, and records you create or import belong to you, not us. We claim no ownership of any of it, and you can export it or leave at any time.

QuickBooks

If you connect QuickBooks, you're authorizing us — through Intuit — to read and write your QuickBooks company on your instruction: creating invoices, syncing customers, and keeping the two systems matching. You can disconnect whenever you like; your data stays here and the sync simply stops. QuickBooks itself is Intuit's product and governed by Intuit's terms.

Payments

Card and bank payments from your clients are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Money moves through your Stripe account — never through ours — and we never see or store full card numbers. We are not a bank, a money transmitter, or a party to the transaction between you and your client.

Text messages

These terms apply to messages sent to and from Ultimate Invoice, a product of Webfoot LLC.

  1. Ultimate Invoice sends account notifications, never marketing. To clients: a notice that a merchant has sent an invoice, with the amount, the due date, and a link to view and pay it; a reminder while an invoice is coming due or past due; and a link to their account statement. To merchants: a notice that a client has paid an invoice. We never send promotional texts, and we never text clients for our own purposes. Signing in to the client portal is done by a link we email, never by text.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, send the SMS message "START" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@ultimateinvoice.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://ultimateinvoice.com/privacy

Paying for Ultimate Invoice

Your subscription is billed in advance. You can cancel anytime and your plan runs through the end of the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial months as a rule, but if something feels unfair, write to us — we'd rather be fair than right.

Acceptable use

Use Ultimate Invoice for lawful business. Don't use it to send spam, to invoice people fraudulently, or to attack or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk, and we'll tell you if we do.

Leaving

If you close your account, export anything you want to keep first. We'll delete your personal data, keeping only what bookkeeping and tax law require us to retain.

What we promise — and what we can't

We work hard to keep Ultimate Invoice fast, correct, and available, but it's provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law says it can't be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
