How do payment reminders work?

You pick the moments — before the due date, on it, and after — and we re-send the invoice at each one. It's the same calm email, never marked urgent. Paid invoices are never reminded, and nobody gets more than one email about an invoice in a day.

Can I charge late fees?

Yes, if you turn them on: a percentage or a flat amount, after a grace period you choose, added as a line on the overdue invoice — the same place QuickBooks would put its own. You can waive any fee with one click, and different clients can have different terms.

What are statements?

One email with everything a client still owes you — each open invoice and one total. Send one anytime from the customer's page, or put them on a schedule and we'll send them monthly, twice monthly, or weekly.

How do my clients actually pay?

Today, however you've arranged it with them — check or bank transfer. Online card and ACH payments through your own Stripe account are on the way.
