What do my clients see?

Their own page: what they owe, every open invoice, and the statements you've sent — signed in with a link we email them, no password to make up. They only ever see their own account.

Can my clients choose how they hear from me?

Yes — this is the part nobody else does. Your client can pick their own statement schedule, add a coworker to the email list, and route invoices to the right person, all without you lifting a finger. Every change they make is logged for you.

Can a client turn off payment reminders?

No. Clients control what they receive and how — never how you collect. The reminder schedule is yours alone.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. The portal, statements, and their preferences are part of your subscription. Your clients never see a bill from us.
