How do invoices reach my clients?

By email, from us, with your name and logo on them — a calm message with the amount, the due date, and a link to their own copy. The PDF rides along as an attachment for the AP departments that file those.

Can I fix an invoice after I've sent it?

Yes, right up until it's paid. Corrections are wanted after sending far more often than before it, so an invoice stays editable until it's settled — and if it lives in QuickBooks, the correction goes there too.

Do you do estimates?

Yes. An estimate looks like the invoice it will become, and converting it keeps the same number — so the paper trail from quote to payment is one document, not two.

Can invoices send themselves on a schedule?

Yes. Tick "this invoice repeats" when you compose it, and we'll write the next one as a draft or send it outright — your choice — weekly, monthly, however it recurs.
