What is Ultimate Invoice?

A simpler way to send invoices and get them paid. You compose and send invoices, we chase them politely — reminders, statements, late fees if you want them — and your clients get one clean place to see what they owe you.

Do I need QuickBooks?

No. Connect QuickBooks Online and we keep the two in step — your customers and invoices flow in, and everything you do here lands in your books. Or run standalone and we are the books for invoicing: numbering, sales tax, totals, all handled.

What does it cost?

Nothing, for your first five clients — free forever, with every feature, unlimited invoices, and your whole team. When you need to bill a sixth client, Pro is $49 a month or $490 a year (two months free) for unlimited clients. We never take a percentage of the money your clients pay you.

Is there a free trial?

Better: a Free plan. Up to five clients, for as long as you like, no credit card and no clock. Nothing expires and nothing is deleted. You upgrade only when a sixth client arrives.
